• Full Payment of the trip cost must be completed before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
• The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
• The photos/videos content created on Pickyourtrips (by Pickyourtrips content creators or clients) is the property of Pickyourtrips and can only be used by pickyourtrips Experiences for advertising across media platforms. None of the digital content can be used by anyone for advertising/commercial use without obtaining the rightful permissions by pickyourtrips.
• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
• People traveling with Pickyourtrips for International travel are advised that their passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of intended travel and not damaged in any way. Pickyourtrips does not take any responsibility for clients who book travel with passports that do not meet this requirement. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their passport is valid for the required period before making any travel bookings through pickyourtrips. Any denial of entry at immigration, and any additional cost arising out of alternate arrangements for deporting has to be borne by the travelers.
• Pickyourtrips is a modern travel community, that organizes and arranges the adventure trip to the mountains which has the risk of accidents, loss of life, bodily injury, financial repercussions, etc. Neither the pickyourtrips nor its agents or affiliated entities shall be responsible or liable for any accident, bodily injury, illness or death, loss, or damage to baggage or property, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss (including loss of possessions and loss of enjoyment), negligence or delay from the act, error, omission default, or negligence of any person, not its direct employee or under its exclusive control.
• In case of injury/illness occurring to a participant during the tour, external evacuation/transport services may need to be engaged safeguarding the health of the participant. In such a case any additional cost arising from making such arrangements will have to be borne by the concerned participant/participant’s family.
• We do not provide any insurance policy to cover for the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons
• Pickyourtrips and it’s organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any Narcotics and Banned Substances during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.
• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed at this tour Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.
• The organizers reserve the rights to cancel the trip anytime without any refund if his/her actions violates any rules or incase of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.
• Pickyourtrips is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are not under the supervision of the concerned company representative.
• Any Loss to the Property materials such as pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the property will be subject to full payment of Product MRP.
• pickyourtrips won’t be responsible for any loss or damage of Goods belonging to the travelers.
• All guests must carry a Govt issued Valid ID Card.
• Only traveler staying with pickyourtrips will be allowed in the Property and if you intend to bring guests from outside, you’ll have to Pre notify us.
• Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.
• Pickyourtrips is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident.
• Pickyourtrips is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don’t reach the destination on time.
• Trip organizer/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as per on the spot condition & availability of ticket slots.
• Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded
